Together with your husband, you co-founded the Hackney African Organization, an initiative that became a beacon of hope and opportunity for many African families and individuals. Through this organization, countless people were assisted in securing employment opportunities, accessing housing, and building stable and successful futures for themselves and their families.
Your dedication extended beyond Hackney, as you continued to work across various local authorities, supporting and empowering ethnic minority communities wherever possible. Your lifelong commitment to equality and community development has positively transformed many lives and strengthened social inclusion within our society.
